In each session you, the client, chooses the focus of the conversation while I listen, contribute observations and asks questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action. You make choices everyday that affect your lives one way or another. Coaching will help you make the best choices to live the life you want.

My intention is to help my clients:

  • Increase self awareness through their emotions
  • Gain more clarity on what they really want.
  • Be accountable for their intentions
  • Learn to shift their focus from problem to solution.
  • Become aware of the story they are telling
