Present Tense Coaching provides the missing link for self-help junkies who are always looking for the next fix. Wouldn’t it be nice to stop spinning your wheels and start moving towards the life you desire? My coaching is based on the principles of the Law of Attraction which states:
Where we put our attention and focus combined with our beliefs creates our life experiences. By focusing on the present one can live a life free of fear, worry, and doubt while experiencing more peace, happiness and fulfillment.
While many self-help books, audios and seminars can be “helpful”, they may fall short of providing lasting change. Through my exploration, I have identified why you may not get the results you desire.
- It’s much more difficult to get to where you want to be when you aren’t okay with where you are now.
- Taking action (even if it’s recommended in a best-selling book) that does not feel good to you will not get you the results you want. You get to decide what action to take.
- You do not need to be fixed, contrary to what most self-help titles might have you believe. Therefore, focusing on what is working in your life and what you can appreciate will raise your energy level and put you in alignment with what you want, rather than focusing on what is lacking.
- You cannot exceed the level of your beliefs. If you do not believe that you can be/do/have something, you will have a lot of difficulty acquiring it. Without knowing what those beliefs are you won’t be able to shift them.
Being okay with where you are gets you where you want to be.
